Anyone want to go grocery shopping with me?
that my third child is THREE.
Baby girl, you have my heart, and I will love you forever!!!
Bunyan tells us that unbelief has “as many lives as a cat:” if so, let us kill one life now, and continue the work till the whole nine are gone. Down with thee, thou traitor, my heart abhors thee.
– Spurgeon, Morning and Evening
I can’t believe my baby is walking!
The blood of Jesus covers me, makes me secure, gives me hope and an incorruptible future! As I meditate on this my heart swells with gratitude and praise and awe that I can worship my King. He is faithful and true. Live in grace!
I meditate on how He carries me through the storms, the mountains and valleys. A Father’s love is so gentle and yet so strong. He brings people into my life and moves His children around as instruments of grace. How marvelous are His ways! How tender is His love.
This morning my soul has been flooded with thoughts of my Father’s love, and it swells with joy.
If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him! – Luke 11:13
The Lord upholds all who are falling
and raises up all who are bowed down.
The eyes of all look to you,
and you give them their food in due season.
You open your hand;
you satisfy the desire of every living thing.
The Lord is righteous in all his ways
and kind in all his works.
The Lord is near to all who call on him,
to all who call on him in truth.
He fulfills the desire of those who fear him;
he also hears their cry and saves them. – Psalm 145:14-19
And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” – Galatians 4:6
He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things? Who shall bring any charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is to condemn? Christ Jesus is the one who died—more than that, who was raised—who is at the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? As it is written,
“For your sake we are being killed all the day long;
we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.”
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. – Romans 8:32-39
